Promotifly helps small businesses generate ad creative (text, images, and video) and manage advertising campaigns across supported social platforms. Features, availability, and supported platforms may change over time.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at checkout.
Promotional pricing (such as limited-time trial offers) applies only under the stated conditions and may be limited in availability.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless stated otherwise.

5. AI-generated content

Ad copy, images, and video generated through Promotifly are created using third-party AI models. You're responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it — for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with the advertising policies of any platform you publish to.

When you connect a third-party account, you authorize Promotifly to act on your behalf as described at the time of connection (for example, publishing ads). You can disconnect a connected account at any time.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or publish content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or that violates the terms of any platform you publish to.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." Promotifly is not liable for losses arising from ad performance, account suspensions by third-party platforms, or content generated by AI models. [Standard limitation-of-liability language should be finalized with legal counsel.]
